Went in yesterday afternoon with my husband after noticing we had a screw in our back tire. The service advisor was very pleasant and helpful. He came right out and checked the tire and said they could get to it shortly. We had a call within an hour that it was ready..Very pleased with our service..Price was actually better than we expected which is a plus..Thank you for the excellent experience.. we will definately recommend to others.

Over the past 30 years of trusting my tires and brakes (and previously, other mechanical services) to the Sooke Rd KalTire location, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They've always had the tires I wanted at great prices, top-notch mechanical work, and honest advice. Keep it up!

Booked my appointment online for a tire puncture repair. I liked that I was able to see how much it would be in the online booking system and it was easy to book BUT beware!! The price you see online is not what you'll actually pay...even though it says the amount due at store". What the website didn't make obvious is that the price you see is only for labour and does not include the cost of tire patch

I had a broken valve in my trailer tire today and brought it down to Kal Tire. Notwithstanding that they were short staffed, they fixed it for me while I waited, and did it at no charge! Great business! Great group of guys! When I need to set a tires, next time, I'll definitely consider Kal Tire!

As a hospital patient in treatment with a sudden flat tire I didn't want to unnecessarily walk out with four expensive new tires, and I felt really understood and accommodated. I watched the techs working on my car and I noticed a lot of quiet attention to detail. Overall I was very impressed and I would gladly recommend Kal Tire. Honest, fair, and quality service.

Twice now I've been impressed with this shop. In a pinch, was able to have my truck alignment done same day I called, one time I just walked in without calling, even though they were quite busy, so I didn't hold my breath, but they had me out of there in under an hour.That meant a lot to me.And both times I've had an alignment done by this shop, they were the best alignments I've ever had.I've been to the Kal Tire on Millstream before, wasn't impressed, and they don't seem to be able to handle as much traffic in comparison to the Sooke road shop when considering size of shop and bays open to how many customers are actually there asking for work to be done.Owner of the Sooke road shop should be proud of their team.Will be back 100%

I had my rotors and brake pads on my F-150 replaced by this branch.After a little while l noticed the braking did not go as smoothly anymore.I brought it in and got an inspection, it appeared the rotors were warped.I got an upgrade to a more heavy duty set of rotors free of charge.Excellent service, l highly recommend Kal Tire on Sooke Road.

Easily 5 stars.We were here in our Subaru Impreza while visiting from Vancouver, and we thought our tire was deflated so we drove in to check if we needed air.When we arrived, we asked the staff if our tire was lacking air. Eric came to check it for us. He was extremely kind and checked all 4 tires. Turned out our tire was bang on, and 2 of them were over inflated.When we asked how much it costed, he let us off without charge. We love the honesty and just the character of Eric's service to us. If this were back in Vancouver, we'd be charged just for entering the shop.Please keep up your good work. It's truly precious.
